Hourly paid staff pay slips

The government is introducing a change in the law to make it easier for hourly paid staff to ensure that they are paid correctly. With effect from 6th April 2019, there will be an amendment to The Employment Rights Act 1996 (Itemised Pay Statement) to state that, where an employee’s pay varies by reference to time worked, employers must include the number of hours for which the employee is being paid on the pay statement
